Spy-ware Removal.
Spy-ware is one of the most common causes of problems on Windows PCs. On about 80% of the computers Gideon Squared are asked to fix, running Ad-aware or Spy-Bot can drastically help improve performance. If you do decide to run a Spy-Ware scan, it's vital to ensure that the scanner is as up to date as possible before you start your scan.

Anti-Virus
Viruses can cause many problems on PCs. Sometimes these problems can be very hard to track down and isolate. As such we recommend that you use a valid anti-virus product at all times on all machines on your network. However sometimes you may want a second opinion and for this we recommend you use Stinger. Simply download it and run it then wait for the results. It's not a full scanner but will scan for the most common infections.
Patches and Updates
